Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate product designs and blueprints to determine in-house manufacturability.
• Estimate labor and material costs for custom and repeat builds.
• Manage ERP data, including routings and bills of materials (BOM).
• Support capital equipment deployment and ensure production readiness.
• Develop, document, and standardize manufacturing processes.
• Design and implement lean manufacturing layouts and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders on manufacturability enhancements.
• Design, validate, and implement custom tooling and fixturing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including sheet metal fabrication, welding, and machining.
• Experience with fixture design, GD&T, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Ability to read technical drawings and drive process improvements.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent organization and communication abilities.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience as a Manufacturing Engineer is required.
• Previous experience with Manufacturing Estimating is required.
